Looks like column 'HiringEffortsDocs' is deleted from the list directly. If any NITRO configurations are there on a column then first those settings should be deleted from the corresponding NITRO App.
In this case, you can create a multi-line plain text column in the list. While creating the column, provide the name exactly as per the error message and without any space. After that you can come to this page again and try to delete this configuration. Let us know how this goes.
We will update the NITRO code to handle this scenario and allow deletion of linked item configuration even if corresponding column is deleted. This change will be released in a week or so. You can either wait for this update or try the above workaround.
