Not able to save changes when configuring a Workflow

Please send us the console log along with workflow screenshot if you face this issue after modifying the workflow.
Go to the NITRO Workflow -> Edit the workflow -> Reproduce the issue -> Press F12 and send us the screenshot of console log along with workflow (save button) screenshot.

We see that the "Save" button is greyed out when there are no updates to the existing workflow and click "Save" button. But issue is not happening if there are any updates to the existing workflow.

It looks like my changes WERE saved, I just misunderstood how it worked. I was modifying some email templates and, though I saved on the the Send Mail Action Settings, the following page, Configure Workflow, would only let me Cancel. I had assumed the mail template was stored with the workflow and saved as part of it, but it's saved separately.
