I would like to see options to add parameters/annotations to the report charts, specifically:

• Chart description - a text field (multi-line if possible) near the chart that describes what is displayed (beyond what you can do with a title).
  Envisioning this description text would be non-bold and similar sizing to axis text.
• Axis Labels - X and Y descriptions would be useful, specifically to denote units of measure.

There may be a way to accomplish these things in JavaScript via Customize Report, but it wasn't something I found quickly.
