We just released a new feature that allows you to invoke a Form Event Action from a custom Submit action button in NITRO Forms. Previously, there was an option to invoke a pre-save JavaScript before saving the Form. This option is still there, but now you can use Form Event Actions instead. See attached screenshot for how to set up the Form Event Action for your custom Submit button. Note that this is also an option for the Script button if you want to invoke the Form Event Action without saving the Form.
