Currently when refreshing a page, say the 'Ticket Staff Workspace', you lose any filtering you may have applied. Is there a way to reapply/refresh the filter without having to reload the page and reapply the filter?
On the same note, is it possible to set 'Contains' as the default filter option instead of 'Is Equal To'?
