Custom Actions - SharePoint List Ribbon

Hello,

On a modern sharepoint list, I've created a custom action and want to reposition it closer to "+ new". I tried format current view > advanced settings, but it doesn't give me the option to alter any crow canyon apps from the ribbon.

What is the best way to move this custom action to the front?
