Currency format in Display form

When opening a custom form in Display mode, Currency columns do not display in the correct format, despite being set to Currency with 2 decimal places and US format. The 1,000's separator, currency symbol, and trailing zeroes after the decimal are missing. In Edit mode, the values display correctly, except for the missing currency symbol.

Is there a way to fix the currency formatting in Display mode?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,

We have tried this behavior on our side but not seeing any issue with currency type columns in NITRO Forms (see screenshot below). Please send us the below details to check this further:

  1. Send us the screenshot of currency type columns (Go to the list -> List Settings -> Edit currency column)
  2. Send us the screenshot of site regional settings (Go to the site -> Site Settings -> Regional Site Settings)

I tried it again and in Forms Designer > Preview >Display Form the currency format isn't there, but when Published the currency is formatted correctly. I had assumed they would be the same and was testing the form to make sure it was ready to Publish.

Is there a way to test the actual Published form rather than just previewing it since they don't behave exactly the same? Perhaps with Override forms?

Thanks.

Hi,

Published forms and Preview forms should be same in NITRO Forms, we will check and fix this in preview form and will let you know.

Hi,

We have fixed the issue of currency format not being displayed in the Preview mode of the NITRO Forms.

Please clear the cache of the browser and check the result.
