Hi Lori, This is a good suggestion and we will put it in the queue. Right now, you would have to create multiple workflows. One workaround until we get this feature in place is to create a user-triggered workflow with the actions you want to take place, then create a workflow for each "trigger" (item creation, modification, etc.) that you need and use the Invoke Workflow action in each of those to invoke the user-triggered one. That is not as good a solution as being able to select multiple trigger options, but it would save the work of creating the same actions for all the different triggers.
