Ability to add Notes to designer in Custom Actions and Workflows

In trying to document our most recent project, it would be great if we could add notes to the designer flow chart (not necessarily attached to a node - but free standing) Maybe just show the first paragraph if the note is long?

We will check if designer surface can support a control to enter and show text. We will add this if feasible.

We can double click on the lines between nodes to start adding comments as shown in below sample screenshot.
